What our clients say..

The quality and the enthusiasm of the staff devoted to the project has always been first class and pcm have been able to adapt their staffing input to fit our needs. The pcm team has gelled well with the internal team from Leicester City Council and it is probably the greatest compliment that can be paid to them that many stakeholders regard the project managers as part of the local authority, not separate from it.
